Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise which incorporates flexibility, strengthening and endurance movements, all aimed at improving whole body alignment, core stability and balance. Our classes ensure clients are given full attention and individual instruction. We provide mat classes as well as 1 -1 equipment classes. All our instructors are certified by established professional organisations. New clients are required to complete an assessment form before attending a class. We do recommend participating in a one to one session before participating in group classes.

We provide both gentle and dynamic yoga classes which can be tailored to individual abilities. We ensure that students receive personal attention from our teachers during their practice. Running coaching

Our Running coaches are England Athletic trained and certified. Sessions vary according to individual needs and objectives from couch to 5km beginners to Ironman and Ultra marathon runners. Initial gait analysis is carried out in house with the progression to individual outdoor sessions and ultimately small group runs of varying durations and distances all under tuition so that whatever your goal, we can help you achieve it.
