Ali graduated in 2014 with BSc in Sports Therapy and a PGCE in 2018 from the University of Bedfordshire. He taught therapy assessment and technique to university students before moving his practise to private clients. Ali went on to complete his Masters degree in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health from University College London (UCL) in 2022. During this time he gained experience through shadowing consultants and surgeons at the Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health (ISEH) to further his studies.

Ali specialises in the assessment and treatment of sports injuries. He is passionate about using soft tissue therapy alongside active rehabilitation to help patients achieve their goals. He uses reformer pilates to help people improve their strength and posture. He is a qualified reformer pilates instructor and has vast experience working with clients from a variety of fitness levels.

Rebecca Hawtin

Rebecca graduated from the University of Hertfordshire and is registered with the Society of Sports Therapists. In the last two years she has worked in both private clinics and sports clubs.

Rebecca has always had a passion for Sports, particularly athletics high jump to which she competed to national standard. It was having injuries that required Sports Therapy treatment and subsequent rehabilitation plans that attracted her to the profession and helping others with injuries to get back to full fitness. As a sports therapist Rebecca can provide sports massage, injury assessments and exercise based treatment.
