Osteopath (M.Ost) and Sports Massage Therapist (Level 3 diploma)

Semira graduated from the University College of Osteopathy (now the Health and Sciences University) in 2024 with a Masters in Osteopathy. From a young age, Semira was a keen athlete and horse rider and discovered that Osteopathy was an effective and holistic way to help with her various injuries.
During her studies Semira obtained a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy and has been practicing for 3 years.
She also has a keen interest in cranial as well as paediatric osteopathy.

Pam Morgan

Soft Tissue and Remedial Sports Massage Therapist

Pam qualified from the london school of sports massage in 2017 with a BTEC level 5 qualification in soft tissue therapy. This encompasses all aspects of clinical and sports massage techniques, therapeutic stretching and muscle energy techniques.

Since qualifying, Pam has continued learning and studying all aspects of massage therapy.

She enjoys treating a wide range of sporting and occupational injuries as well as maintenance sessions for long term issues arising from occupation or postural issues.

Pam is also a qualified Sharon wheelers ScarWork therapist.  This is a new and specially developed form of scar therapy. ScarWork helps reconnect and promote healing on the scar surface and reduce adhesions in the underlying tissues. ScarWork can help normalise sensitivity and increase pliability, function and appearance. Treatment is given without oils or creams, to help post operative, injury or burn scars

When not working, Pam can often be spotted out running with her dog.

Colin Wareham

Running Coach, Gait Analysis and Sports Massage Therapist.

Colin has been offering Sports Massage VTCT, Personal Training CYQ, Running Coaching EA, Gait Analysis and Custom Sidas Orthotics for 7 years in Harpenden and throughout Hertfordshire.

Colin is very passionate about the services that he offers to clients and not only wants to help them work through their injury or pain but also help with their general health and wellbeing. Following on from this Colin is keen to help with setting and developing plans to help clients reach their individual fitness goals.

Colin also is cofounder and President of ‘Harpenden Arrows’ Running Club with whom he continues to run with, in the last 12 years he has have completed numerous races including endurance events, half marathons and 6 marathons.
